Bizee's Free Window Closes at $149. Kentucky's Exit Costs $10.
A transparent $99/year for registered agent representation in Kentucky. Address used on filings, same-day legal mail scanning, and compliance reminders are part of the rate.
Start here: we sell against Bizee. Kentucky Registered Agent.co is a $99-a-year Kentucky registered agent service, and every reader we convince is revenue. The Bizee terms quoted below are published by Bizee. We have not touched them.
The Bundle Is Worth Having
Bizee, formerly Incfile, throws in registered agent service at no cost for a stretch of three to twelve months on an LLC formation purchase. The tier decides the length.
That is real value, stated plainly. Forming a Kentucky LLC anyway? Take the free months. Nothing about the offer is deceptive and we are not going to manufacture a complaint about it.
Then the Meter Starts
Standalone service is $149 a year. It begins when the included stretch ends.
The problem is the shape of the decision, not the price. At formation you compared a zero to everybody else's annual rate, and a zero wins that comparison without trying. The comparison that decides your actual spending happens later, silently, when $149 renews against alternatives you never went back and looked at.
Nobody sends a warning email about a comparison. Put the rollover date in your own calendar the day you buy.

The One Thing No Bundle Can Fold In
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereKentucky separates two filings that vendors tend to discuss together, and it costs people money.
Your annual report here is a pre-populated postcard. The state fills it in with what it already holds, charges a flat $15, and takes it between January 1 and June 30. It confirms your registered agent. It cannot change your registered agent. That takes the separate RAC statement and its own $10 fee, exactly as a principal office change takes form POC.
So when any provider offers to look after your Kentucky annual report, understand what that offer does not include. The report and the agent change are two documents in this state, always, whoever prepares them.
What Kentucky Charges, Publicly
The fee side is set by statute at KRS 14A.2-040 and posted on the Secretary of State's fee schedule. Articles of Organization, form KLC: $40. Agent change, form RAC: $10. There is no negotiating, no tier, and no version of those filings that costs more because a national brand submitted them.
Ours Does Not Expire
$99 now, $99 at renewal, indefinitely. Documents arrive, get scanned, and appear in your portal inside one business day, with the email alert going out at the same moment. Your public filings carry our Kentucky registered office rather than your home address. There is one product at checkout and no menu around it.
We are not the floor. BetterLegal sits below us at $90. What we offer ranks with the lowest flat annual rates in Kentucky, and the part that matters is not the size of the number but the fact that it stops moving.
Form RAC, FastTrack, and the Bizee Handover
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereThe document is titled Statement of Change of Registered Agent and Office. RAC is the code Kentucky files it under, a letter code rather than a number, because this state has never numbered its business forms.
What it asks for: your entity's exact name as recorded, whoever is taking the agent role, and the registered office address they will use. Those two addresses have to match, since Kentucky requires the agent's business address to be identical with the registered office.
Where it goes: the Kentucky Secretary of State, with $10. Mail the PDF or file it through FastTrack, the state's online system, which posts immediately and returns an emailed receipt. No waiting period applies, so any business day is a valid one, including a day inside your free Bizee window.
The consent rule: Kentucky wants a name in that field at all times, and the incoming agent must sign the appointing document or deliver a written acceptance. Sign the new agent up, file the RAC, then close the Bizee account. In that order there is no window where the seat sits empty and no summons arrives at an unwatched address.
Last step: search the state's business records for your entity and check that the new agent now appears there before you call it done.
